The interior of The Blue Ox is beautiful with hardwood floors, exposed pipes, sconces and track lighting, brick beams, and a tin ceiling. It mixes all the right elements of classy and industrial. The main room is located to the left of the entrance and includes a bar and a dining room. There is also a separate room that has a bunch of extra seating.
The chef of the Blue Ox has an extensive background in culinary arts, and it shows in his menu. Besides serving warm homemade bread to every table, the menu also features interesting appetizers such as melon salad with some prosciutto, crispy calamari, clam chowder, and pear salad.

Antique Table is a restaurant that literally sits on the Lynn/Swampscott line. It has a rather plain exterior but an extremely charming interior. It has mosaic and stained-glass lamps on the tables, wooden ceiling beams, hanging copper kitchenware, and rough plaster walls. It’s a spacious little eatery with a nook that has only a few tables in addition to the main dining room that has some very large tables.
The restaurant features Italian dishes with a focus on Southern Italian cuisine with a little bit of Northern influence. Every dish is made from scratch. The appetizers they feature include a range of veggies and meats, clams, bruschetta, prosciutto, and soups for every day.
