Panther Island Ice
Open only a few months a year, Panther Island Ice makes the city of Fort Worth a lot cooler each winter season. It’s the city’s only outdoor skating rink open from November to January, seven days a week including all holidays. Prices are at a reasonable $12 a person with a multitude of discounts available. They have seasonal food at the Coyote Drive-In Canteen. At peak times, you’ll be able to skate for a full 90 minutes and, at any other time, you can stay as long as you want. It’s a great activity for family and friends to enjoy in the usual heat associated with Texas.
